Some of the skilled nursing homes in the United States are absolutely abominable. This was taken at a "good" one. There is something inherrently wrong with a system that grants only those with wealth, a good and comfortable residence in an infirmary type setting and those who are poor, end up with far less. This particular facility requires $110,000 per year per resident for skilled nursing care.
